Every time I try to log into the Tooum account I recently created, it tells me that my username is not in the system. It also cannot find my e-mail address. I tried re-creating my login, but again, when I came back to the site, it did not "remember" me. You obviously have some technical difficulties that you need to fix.
I will not be coming back to Tooum, I will find a more reliable blog service.

If you are considering relocating to the Austin, Texas area, you may have questions with regard to the medical facilities here. Basically, no matter where you live in the general Austin area, there is probably a hospital located within 10-15 minutes of your home, especially with the advent of the toll road system which opened about a year ago.
If you have children, it is important to note that Austin is home to Dell Children's Medical Center of Central Texas, which is a world-class facility specializing in pediatric care. It began as Austin Children's Hospital, then moved to a location near the former Austin Mueller airport and dramatically expanded. It opened in June 2007. This hospital is part of the Seton Healthcare Network, and Seton runs a large network of medical centers throughout Austin. Here are Seton's other hospitals: Seton Medical Center Austin - This is typically referred to locally as "the main Seton" or "the Seton on 38th Street". My wife and I chose to birth all three of our children here, so I am pretty familiar with the maternity department, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Seton Medical Center is the largest medical/surgical acute care center in Austin right now. This location was recognized as one of the top 100 hospitals in the nation.
sBrackenridge Hospital is the only Level II Trauma Facility serving the entire central Texas area. They also received the presigious Magnet Award for Nursing Excellence. It is located in downtown Austin, on 15th Street, and "Brack" is accredited as a teaching hospital.
Seton Northwest Hospital is a 124-bed facility which also receives the Magnet Award for Nursing. They offer a full array of medical services, along with a Level IV Trauma facility and a Sports Medicine Center. Seton Northwest is located on Research Boulevard (183 North) just north of Braker Lane. I have visited several friends in this hospital, and the care seems to be superb.
sCedar Park Regional Medical Center - Now open to the community and serving residents in western Williamson County, this 280,000 sq. ft., 77-bed, $125 million medical center offers a hospital, physician offices, labs and diagnostic services all in one location.
In addition to these locations, Seton owns and operates the following satellite facilities as well as a network of outpatient clinics: • Seton Shoal Creek Hospital • Seton Southwest Hospital • Seton Medical Center Williamson (opening in February 2008) • Seton Highland Lakes Hospital The other large network of hospitals is operated by St. David's. Here are some of the main large hospitals in their network throughout Austin and the surrounding towns: St. David's Medical Center - Conveniently located on the northern edge of downtown Austin (32nd and I-35), St. David's has been serving the Austin community since 1924. They offer over 1600 physicians on staff representing every specialty. They also have the largest Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in central Texas.
North Austin Medical Center - With our three small children, my wife and I are also pretty familiar with the ER at the NAMC. I actually once wrote a customer service-related post about the kindness of one of the nurses there (The ER Nurse and the Convenience Store Employee - Where do you see yourself?). Located near the intersection of Parmer Lane and Mopac (Loop 1), this is a full-service hospital with a 228-bed capacity.
Round Rock Medical Center - This is another full-service hospital, with 177 beds. Located on Highway 620 west of I-35, this hospital provides a wide array of medical services, including a Heart and Cardiovascular Center, Women's Center, and a comprehensive emergency room.
St. David's also operates the following outlying hospitals:
• Georgetown Hospital
• South Austin Hospital
• Rehabilitation Hospital (located at main campus - 32nd Street)
As you can see, most parts of town are well-covered with regard to providing proper and extensive medical services.

Jade Art Group Announces Sixth Jade Sales Agreement Valued at $3.8 Million 17 April 2008
NEW YORK & JIANGXI, China--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jade Art Group Inc. (OTCBB: JADG - News) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangxi SheTai Jade Industrial Co., Ltd. ("JST"), signed a sales agreement (the "Agreement") with YangZhou GuoCui Jade ("YZGC"). Under the Agreement, JST will sell to YZGC 1,130 tons of raw jade, which JST will obtain from SheTai Jade mine as the owner of the distribution rights of 90% of the mine's production, for the equivalent of $3.8 million over the next eight months. This is the second agreement between JST and YZGC, pursuant to which JST sells jade to YZGC.
Under the Agreement, YZGC is responsible for shipping the raw jade material, as well as any associated costs. Similar to the past agreement, JST will receive 30% of the contracted value of the order before shipment, with the balance paid within 10 days after YZGC's inspection and acceptance of the jade.
Hua-Cai Song, CEO of Jade Art Group, remarked, "Under the earlier agreement signed two months ago, YZGC agreed to purchase 1,000 tons of SheTai Jade from JST for $3.3 million. We are pleased that due to YZGC's success in reselling SheTai Jade it has agreed to purchase a larger amount of jade from us. This second agreement is Jade Art Group's sixth sales agreement to date, representing the total contractual price equivalent to approximately $42 million under these six agreements."

Recent Events
On January 11, 2008, Jade Art Group announced the formation of a new wholly owned subsidiary, Jiangxi SheTai Jade Industrial Co., Ltd. (“JST”). JST now manages the sale and distribution of jade sourced from the SheTai Jade mine. This subsidiary is located in Yujiang Jiangxi, China, an area known as a major center for the processing and distribution of jade products.
On January 17, 2008, Jade Art Group signed an Exclusive Distribution Right Agreement with XiKai Mining enabling the Jade Art Group to acquire 90% of the raw jade produced from XiKai Mining’s SheTai Jade mine for a period of 50 years. The price has been set for the first five years at the equivalent of $285 per metric ton, and is subsequently subject to renegotiation every five years with adjustments not to exceed 10%. The SheTai raw jade has uses ranging from decorative commercial and residential construction material to high-end jewelry. In exchange for this exclusive right, Jade Art Group transferred its wholly-owned woodcarving business to XiKai Mining and agreed to pay XiKai Mining RMB 60 million (approximately $8.4 million) by March 2009. Jade Art Group has already paid approximately $6.7 million of this obligation.
On April 16, Richard E. Khaleel was appointed an independent member of the Board of Directors of the Jade Art Group. Mr. Khaleel is an experienced senior marketing executive, having served as the Chief Marketing Officer for the Bank of New York, the Chief Creative Marketing Officer at Alliance Bernstein, and the Vice President of Marketing at CNBC.
On April 28, Company announced that its Board of Directors had authorized a one-for-three reverse stock split of its outstanding common stock. The reverse split will reduce the number of outstanding shares from 239,940,000 shares to 79,980,000 shares. The Board set May 15, 2008 as the effective date for the reverse stock split. The marketplace effective date, on which the reverse stock split will be reflected in trading on the OTC Bulletin Board, will be determined by NASDAQ and is expected to be in late May or early June of 2008. The earnings per share results cited above are based on common shares outstanding before the reverse split.
Fiscal 2008 Outlook
Jade Art Group Inc. reaffirms guidance for its 2008 full-year financial results. This guidance reflects the results presently anticipated from continuing operations and does not include unusual or non-operating events. The following projections exclude results from discontinued operations, which were discussed in more detail above.
Revenues are expected to be between $61 million and $65 million.
Net income is expected to be between $37 million and $41 million.
Diluted earnings per share are expected to be between $0.15 and $0.17.
(Note: The diluted earnings per share are based on the common shares outstanding before the pending reverse split. This is equivalent to between $0.46 and $0.51 per diluted share after the effective date of the reverse stock split.)

(OTCBB: JADA) (the “Company”), a seller and distributor of raw jade sourced from the SheTai Jade mine in China, today announced its operating results for the quarter ending March 31, 2008. Jade Art began to distribute raw jade in this quarter; previously its operations consisted of the manufacturing and distribution of hand-carved and machine-carved wood products in China, which are now treated as discontinued operations.
Revenue from continuing operations for the quarter ending March 31, 2008 was $10.7 million. The first jade sales were made at the end of January 2008 and there were no comparable sales during 2007. Shipments of raw jade during the quarter reached approximately 3,385 metric tons, with an average sales price equivalent to approximately $3,150 per metric ton. Net income from continuing operations for the first quarter was $6.0 million, or $0.03 per diluted share. There were no comparable operations in the prior year quarter. Net income from discontinued operations in the first quarter of 2008 was $55.4 million, or $0.23 per diluted share, compared to net income of $1.9 million, or $0.01 per diluted share in the same period for 2007. The large increase in net income from discontinued operations is attributable to the gain recognized from the transfer of Jade Art Group’s woodcarving business, which as previously announced was transferred on February 20, 2008 to Wulatequianqi XiKai Mining Co., Ltd. (“XiKai Mining”) as part of the consideration for XiKai Mining’s entering into a 50 year Exclusive Distribution Rights Agreement that provides Jade Art with 90% of the raw jade produced by XiKai Mining’s SheTai jade mine.

excavator is a rich man,s servant like any other. language schools mean the small jobbing gardener who works for two or three moderate-sized gardens; who works on his own; who sometimes even owns his house; and who frequently owns his tools. This kind of man has really some of the characteristics of the true Peasant--especially the characteristics that people don,t like. 360-degree excavator has none of that irresponsible mirth which is the consolation of most poor men in England. The gardener is even disliked sometimes by the owners of the shrubs and flowers; because (like Micaiah) 360-degree excavator prophesies not good concerning them, but evil.
The English gardener is grim, critical, self-respecting; sometimes even economical. Nor is this (as the reader,s lightning wit will flash back at me) merely because the English gardener is always a Scotch gardener. The type does exist in pure South England blood and speech; language schools have spoken to the type. language schools was speaking to the type only the other evening, when a rather odd little incident occurred. digger was one of those wonderful evenings in which the sky was warm and radiant while the earth was still comparatively cold and wet. The gardener was gardening. language schools was not gardening. digger is needless to explain the causes of this difference; digger would be to tell the tremendous history of two souls. digger is needless because there is a more immediate explanation of the case: the gardener and I, if not equal in agreement, were at least equal in difference. digger is quite certain that 360-degree excavator would not have allowed me to touch the garden if language schools had gone down on my knees to him. And digger is by no means certain that language schools should have consented to touch the garden if 360-degree excavator had gone down on his knees to me.

The first fruits of the labours with our Importing system has just been pushed to the live system. You can now import posts and comments from your Wordpress Blog into your Switchboard.
Quick and painless, the import takes just a minute (or a little longer if you have a lot of posts and comments) and can be accessed via your Admin dashboard.
We are now working on a PHPBB importer, which is a lot more complex, and a Blogger importer. These should be available by the end of the week.
Please let me know if there are any other importers you would like to see.
