Liking the new layout!

Hey, it's me again! I am liking the new layout especially where the discussions are and the added width of the blog article!

One inquiry though: Are users able to choose skins for themselves? I've been looking but it seems what skin the Admin likes, the rest should like too. Two Suggestions:

Add a select skin option in the User CP

and/or

Add a turn on/off member selection of skins button to the Admin CP

User defined skins used to be included, but it was removed because of the introduction of the new skinning system. I don't see why it wouldn't be possible for users to choose from an admin defined set of skins, so I will see what we can do.
