Hello
I'm having problems inputting/editing text in Portuguese. Accented characters and "cedillas" sometimes places texts with ? and seems to be encoding those characters with somekind of hexadecimal encoding.
You may need to add the appropriate encoding meta tags within your HTML head tags, so that the needed language displays correctly.

I did not told you where this is happening. This happens when I create a news Category and edit it's description. On the blog posting accented chars work fine.

Hello Joel I have managed to solve this by creating text in dreamweaver wich replaces accented characters with the proper HTML codes. Then I copy and paste this text to the category description and works fine. Perhaps you can do some further tests regarding this issue.
Add and edit category descriptions to a category with accented characters and you will notice something is wrong.
