Updating from existing Ultraboard?

I've been running an Ultraboard forum for several years (http://ub3.homepagetools.com/imslsoft/UltraBoard.pl?Idle=&Sort=&Order=&Session=).

Somewhere along the way it transitioned to being hosted by Tooum, but it continued to work more-or-less, so I left it alone. Recently my board was attacked by spambots, and I discovered that the function to restrict posting to registered users didn't work. I was forced to temporarily close the board in hopes that the spambots would give up and go away. However, now that I try to re-open the board, I discover that it has locked me out too, and I can't log back in. The old admin url given out by HomePageTools no longer works, and I can't discover one that does.

Is there an updated admin address I can use to re-open my board?

Is there a way to automatically copy the existing Ultraboard to a new Tooum board?

I have to second this post. I have an ultraboard that was working until just a couple days ago.

Spambots attacked, I added some IPs to the ban list.

Now apparently alll my users get the message "you are banned" ... and I do too!

I have no access to the admin tools. What to do? People are emailing me wantng access to the ultraboard and I have nothing I can do to unban them. And for those who have bookmarked the ubord, there's nothing I can do to direct them to any new board even if I had one up.

Thanks

Thanks

So what are the solutions for these two posts above?

Also can one at least edit the homepage of the old board and put in links to any new board solution for those who have bookmarked the old board, if there is no conversion plan?

THanks

Unfortunately there is no way of converting your Ultraboard to a Switchboard.

Is there at least a new admin address where we can access these locked Ultraboards to re-open them?

Thanks for the response Joel.

However, Seconding the post above, could you please address these issues:

1) Can we be unbanned and then access the old ultraboard in anyway, to reopen it? 2) Can the homepage of the old board have a personalized message? As it stands now, my users see "YOU HAVE BEEN BANNED" and they have no idea how to get to any new board. I can't accesss it to change the message, put in a "go here URL" or anything.

People who have bookmarked that page are just stuck--and they believe they've done something to be banned, on top of it all. Very poor user experience, to say the least.

In case anyone looking for help with an Ultraboard forum ends up here, this issue was never resolved. "joel" at tooum.com never responded to email messages.

And as you can see above by the multiple messages that can't be deleted or edited, Tooum forums don't work very well.
