Hi, When I try to edit my password from the one that was generated for me, I get a message saying that the member (changepass) does not exist.

It happens both when I try to do it with my iwn switchboard and my switchboard. Any Ideas?

I have reset my password from the home page, saying I forgot my user name or password.

But I am getting frustrated with this bug. I am not sure what triggers the endless errors in the system not recognizing my password. I have had to reset and reset (a dozen times by now) when I knew I was typing it right. Members of my forum have the same problem. Each password I use works for a few logins and then quits. It is possible that the problem is triggered by my using the wrong password once, but whatever it is it happens regularly. My real username is Valley but I couldn't get the login to work for this switchboard, so I had to create this new account. You are welcome to delete the new account as soon as you fix my regular one! Thanks.
